Last Friday, January 24th was Day 1 so I am including this in this week's wrap up. I had the pleasure of helping Mrs. McQuade's class make biscuits and fresh butter. It was so much fun for all of us. I sure do love those kiddos and enjoy all of my time with them. Look for pictures at the bottom of this post to see our experiences!
We are reading Jabari Jumps this week for the entire week. There is one more SC Picture Book Award Nominee to read before we vote in mid February. K and 1st students are very excited to use the computers/iPads to vote for something so important. The American Library Association (ALA) announced their 2020 Award winners Monday, January 27th. Here is the press release. Check out the titles to see if any you enjoyed are listed! On our 100th Day of School we awarded our KinderRangers their Super Reader Masks. Check out these amazing students in their superhero masks!
